Landscape Sales Professional

• Annual Base Salary starting at $60,000 + Commission

• Conduct client interviews to determine what landscape/hardscape designs they would like to see.
• Presenting and Selling company products and services to new customers.
• Understand customers wants vs needs to exceed expectations.
• Create sales proposal to present to customers.
• Prepare and execute contracts between clients and company.
• Ongoing communication with customers to keep them aware of latest developments.
• Actively prospect new leads and clients with the objective of sales of services.
• Establish relationships with new clients, and existing clients to ensure their satisfaction is met to company standards.

• 1 year of experience selling residential and/or commercial landscape and hardscape projects.
• Knowledge of the Hardscape/Landscape Industry.
• Knowledge of design concepts, irrigation techniques and hardscaping.
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team dynamic.
• Ability to meet deadlines, accept direction, and learn new skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Great communication, verbal and written.
• Extremely well-organized, with attention to detail to assure the quality of work is performed at the highest level.
• Creative, highly motivated, energetic with a self-starter personality.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and MS Office.
• Driver’s License (Required).
