Project Manager

Include but are not limited to:

• Provide technical support, leadership, and management on the job.
• Ensure project teams fulfill customer commitments in a professional, high-quality, and timely manner.
• Proactively address client needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide hands-on job-site installation as required.
• Procurement of materials for jobs and supplies for crewmen.
• Management of Crews and Yard organization.
• Tracking of man-hours and project materials.
• Maintenance of equipment, vehicles, tools, and facility.
• Logistical planning and organizing of project teams and their jobs.
• Quality Control/Quality Assurance.

• Minimum 3 years’ Project Management experience, required.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience in tracking and managing expenses (i.e., job costing).
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams and projects concurrently.
• General computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus in Excel and Word.
• Ability to work overtime, as needed, to meet deadlines.
• Proactive communication and leadership skills.
• Must have a wide range of landscape experience and excellent working knowledge of the equipment, tools and labor needed to accomplish work.
• Goal orientated and results driven personality.
• Ability to multitask and maintain professional demeanor.
• Must be able to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.
• Strong management and organization skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and DMV check.
